Problem Statement:

The client aimed to assist educators in overcoming the challenges related to manual grading, scalability, and impeded feedback on online exam portal. They needed an automated system that reduced their workload utilized in this time-consuming and error-prone process, which is proportional to the increasing number of students.

We developed a cloud-deployed, Gen AI-enabled auto grading and review system that works on customizable rubrics, large data handling, and semantic understanding. It evaluates answers based on context, language, validity, diversity, and content relevance while adhering to fairness, transparency, unbiasedness, equity, and accountability. It improvises continuously, generates personalized, context-aware feedback to enhance engagement and is supported by a reliable human-in-the-loop framework to refine evaluations.

It should monitor load conditions on cranes and lifting systems in real-time. It should prevent accidents due to overloading and ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations.

We developed a rugged, seamlessly integrated digital rated capacity indicator system that delivered real-time audio and visual feedback for precise load monitoring to crane operators. Built on STM32-based architecture, it provides operational insights, data logging, and time-stamped analysis. It is designed with a modular, field-configurable approach and features RTC and FOTA updatesrelay-based safety interlocks, HMI, reliable communication, onboard memory, and safety compliance.
